Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "Resolution"?
A resolution is a single API call to POST /v1/resolve that returns a deterministic output and a trace. Lookup calls (like getting the name of a code) are free and unlimited. You only pay when the engine applies a policy.
Can I host this on-premise?
Yes. For Enterprise/Framework customers handling highly sensitive PHI or with strict data residency requirements, we offer containerized deployments that can run in your own VPC.
Do you sign BAAs?
Yes. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for all Scale and Framework customers. The Builder tier is for testing and de-identified data only.
