Before PHI is received
Roles, permitted uses, minimum-necessary access, vendors, retention, incident handling, customer responsibilities, and any required business associate agreement must be addressed.
A Remote Care conversation does not by itself authorize CareCascade or Intelligence Factory to receive PHI or perform a regulated function. CareCascade is not an emergency service; use local emergency services when appropriate.
